Q. Tell us something about yourself and how you got into Travel business?
A. I am a normal student doing my business administration.  Born into a business family and grown up with a dream to become the youngest successful entrepreneur of Nagpur.  As it is said that Dreams hardly becomes the reality, but it happened opposite in my case.
Our family often goes for vacation.  My father is passionate about traveling and exploring new destination.  I inculcated the same passion from him.  This passion of mine helped me to craft this business of Travel & Tourism.

Q. What sets Tourist Inc Apart from other Travel operators in the city?
A. The quality of service and customized designing of packages suiting to the taste and budget of the customer has already helped us to create a niche in the highly competitive market of todays.  We focus not on customer satisfaction, but on customer delight, so that the customer himself becomes the brand ambassador for us.  He himself will recommend us to others.  As we all know that success of any business depends upon ‘mouth publicity’ or ‘word of mouth’ a lot.

Q. What are the special services you provide?
A. Apart from normal travel packages to groups and families we design Industrial tours for schools and colleges, which include visits to various industries of their domain.  It includes practical exposure, learning and enjoyment.
We will be coming up with Online Portal ‘www.tourist-inc.com’ shortly, which will cater the needs like flight Booking, Bus booking, Hotels Reservations, car rentals, Domestic & International Packages etc. This will help our customers to reach us on finger tips.

Q. What you do to convince your customers to trust you and repeat their travel through you?
A. Our ‘USP’ is to have a complete focus on our customers, both internal & external, by giving them priority. We strive hard to deliver extra than their expectations in terms of the value and quality.  We value each and every person who comes to us, irrespective of whether it is just a query or a customer.  We maintain complete transparency in terms of our service and stick to our commitments in terms of our words and deliverables.

Q. What is your work schedule? Or your work style?
A. There is no defined work schedule.  As the profession is of travelling, I can’t stick to a defined work schedule. As per the requirements of my customers, I there to serve them.

Q. When did you realize that you have made your name in this Industry and have met your goals?
A. It’s too early to speak of that, I have to explore many more milestones in near future.

Q. Would you like to enter into another sector?
A. At this moment I would like to concentrate and excel in Tourism.  In future, if I come across any interesting project, surely I would explore that opportunity.

Q. List out your major achievements / recognitions
A. My biggest achievement is the satisfaction I provide to my clients.
Tourist.inc has been nominated for service excellence award 2014-2015 in New Delhi by brands academy.
Received an award for being an active entrepreneur by Travel Biz,Indore.

Q. Is there anyone who supports you in your business from your family?
A. My family is the biggest support system for me.  My father is the guide and mentor for me , in my business.

Q. What is your motto in Life?
A. My Motto is: Think different, Be different, and Act Different.  If I could be able to deliver something new and innovative to my customers, then I think, I have achieved my motto.
