To take doctor's appointment

Sir, my father is a patient of PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). He is being treated by Dr.C.M.Meshram Sir. Now from last 3 months, he is having problem in eating. Till now, we somehow manage it to feed him. But now, from 3-4 days, he is found difficulty in swollowing and eating. So, what can we do for him ? Meshram Sir suggest us to insert a feeding tube in his stomoch to avoid these issues. So, please guide me for same.
