We do not accept any unethical ads, ads of illegal products/services as per local, state or central government rules. Ads/Listings should not make misleading, unsubstantiated claims. We reserve all rights to reject any ad which we deem unfit for our platform.
We are not responsible for the quality of the goods or services advertised on the site. You must satisfy yourself about all relevant aspects prior to availing of the terms of service.
You accept that you are responsible for your actions. We don't endorse or recommend any third-party products or services.
IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party.
Refund and CancellationWe provide refunds under following circumstances.
- Mistaken Payment – If a user mistakenly makes a payment and wants to cancel order within 6 hours of payment without availing any service
- Multiple Payment – If user gets charged more than once for same order, same deliverable.
- Non-Availability of Space – If a user ordered advertising for a particular space, duration and same is not available for any technical or inventory reasons or otherwise.
- Cancellation prior delivery – If a user cancels order 48 hours prior advertisement begins.
- Cancellation prior designing – If a user has availed additional design services and cancels order prior delivery of designs
- Incomplete Delivery – If advertisements could not be run for entire duration for which it was ordered then refund can be provided on pro rata basis.
For processing refunds, the users shall contact us along with the necessary information. We shall process the refund within 7 working days from the date the refund request is received.
Delivery Policy- Advertising services will be delivered in a completely online manner. There will be no physical delivery shipping of any kind.
- Advertisements delivery on selected web properties will be as per below schedule -
- If an available advertisement space is ordered on ASAP(as soon as possible) basis, along with required creatives then its delivery shall begin in 1 to 3 working days.
- If an advance order is made for delivery during a future date, then its delivery will be done during such future period.
- Proof of delivery – Screenshots of advertisements being displayed on selected space and/or web property will be considered proof of delivery.
